They are ideal for family holidays where space is a consideration, or if you are just interested in quiet walks or riding; DIY livery can be arranged if you want to bring your own pony/horse.

The sandy beach at Sandilands is a 15 minute walk away, 5 minutes by car. Sutton on Sea is a quiet seaside town suspended in time. It has a full range of shops, restaurants and hotels.There are recreational facilities including a Bowling Green, crazy golf course, tennis courts and children's paddling pool. Sutton on Sea is a lovely traditional quiet and restful seaside resort where the award winning blue flag beach is the major attraction. It is very much a family seaside town.
