1. We understand that the sleeping details are as stated in the individual property descriptions.

2. The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated in the individual property description without the prior consent of the owner. The owners reserve the right to terminate occupancy of the property without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.

3. There will be a 20% non-returnable deposit payable when booking.

4. We agree to pay the final balance no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental period. Where a booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival the full rental is payable when booking.

5.Pets We will not bring pets, or allow pets into the accomodation without prior permission. ( pets additional £15.00 per stay)

6. The towels provided are for use in the property only. If you require beach towels please bring them with you.

7. We agree to allow entry during our stay to our managing agents for cleaning and maintenance.

8. We will respect the non-smoking policy in the Poplar Farm holiday cottages.
